Our founder, Mr. Andrew Anthony, started his journey into the challenging word of events 20 years ago providing event support for many renown agencies. In his pursuit to continuously perfect the delivery of event consultation and management services, the first Define Company was formed as an event management in Malaysia. Today, Define has evolved into a leading and renowned events and activation consultation & management company with a proud list of over 3000 clientele. From Define Event Management Services to Define Event Consultants and finally to Define International, we have strived to achieve our fullest potentials and delivering services above expectation. It is through this principle of delivering to our very best, we have always set an admirable higher standard in the events industry.

In our pursuit to ensure the utmost highest standard of delivery and practice is projected all the time, Define International embarked on a long and strenuous effort of achieving the esteemed ISO 9001/2008 status. We are proud to announce that as of early 2014, we have achieved the status of a professional ISO delivery organization with outstanding success. Today, Define International Sdn. Bhd. is amongst a handful if not the only UKAS fully certified ISO 9001/2008 status company in the event industry in Malaysia.

We are extremely proud to state that many of our projects, campaigns and activations have been recognized by industry professionals over the years through several awards and nominations received. One of our largest and longest campaign, ‘TOUCH’ for MAHB has won GOLD & SILVER awards in 2013 during the Marketing & Excellence Award Ceremony in KL. This campaign has achieved recognition not only in Malaysia but ASIA too via the Loyalty Engagement Awards 2014 in Singapore, being amongst the best top 5 campaign in ASIA in its distinguished category. In ensuring the reputation of the event management industry is further enhanced and recognized, Define International has embarked on a journey to deliver true event professionals via Define International Academy. This brand new academy has been certified and audited by Edxecel, UK’s largest academic certification body and is internationally recognised to deliver recognized courses across Asia. With the current on-going process of certifying 500 plus learners in Customer Services Excellence in December 2014, Define International Academy will become the first & largest assured certification organization for Edexcel in Malaysia & SEA.
